A new video on Ubuntu for Android has appeared showing off how easy it is to dock your Android phone to your desktop and use it as your Ubuntu computer. The video also shows that the user would not lose any unsaved data when the phone is plugged off the dock for a call.
Mark Shuttleworth recently announced that Ubuntu for Android will be released later this year. This would probably be the best feature on both Android phones and Ubuntu PCs when it comes out. Having your phone as your computer, and having it everywhere you go. This would certainly change the way we use our computers and phones, encourage more cloud storage usage, and give both Ubuntu and Android the edge.
